With over 20 years of experience in the residential real estate business, Grant Alvernaz has closed over 1,300 transactions throughout California, Arizona, Nevada and Texas. This track record has helped define his skills as a diligent negotiator for both his clients and investors. In addition to his residential real estate experience, Grant has bought, sold, repositioned and developed large apartment complexes, shopping centers, subdivisions, golf courses, and agricultural farmland. With a specialization in mortgage defaulted assets, his knowledge of the real estate business expands the traditional expertise of most Brokers.
Having grown up on a dairy farm in California’s Central Valley, Grant knows the value of hard work and carries a relentless passion for never ending growth and success in his businesses.
Grant graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business. During his time there, he obtained his real estate license and began working as an agent with Century 21, which immediately triggered his interest in the business, and his lifelong pursuit of the next deal.
In his free time, Grant enjoys golfing, Sharks hockey, Warriors basketball and spending time with his wife, Renee, and son, Parker.
